THURSDAY APRIL 20TH
Business: Defining Your Brand and Identity

We will learn how to define your identity as a yoga teacher or studio in the yoga market. The objective is to find your personal style, purpose, target market and natural focus, a plan that offers potential for growth both personal and professional. We will use techniques used in the corporate world to define our brand as small businesses.
Sequencing (Part I)
4:00PM-6:00PM
In this 2-part workshop we’ll uncover the secrets of cYoga’s intelligent sequencing, so not only will you feel ready to tackle tougher asanas but also learn to incorporate specific mobility drills, apply static/dynamic stabilization connections and create new neuromuscular pathways. You’ll discover how to progressively gain control, freedom and stability of your movement, as well as minimizing soreness the next day. A must for teachers or those looking to deepen their knowledge about the human body and its functionalities.
Yoga Workshop: Active Hip Openers
6:30PM-8:30PM
During this workshop we will work on the necessary elements to engage the hips in an organic, active and safe way, protecting the knees and ankles, while taking advantage of some of the largest muscles in the body (gluts, quads, hamstrings…) We will improve the external and internal rotation while we explore poses like Yogidandasana, squats, arm balances or inversions. 2 hours of work on the lower body that will make time fly! All levels.
FRIDAY APRIL 21ST
Business: Marketing Ideas
1:30PM-3:30PM
The best way to differentiate yourself in the yoga market is with innovative ideas, but, how does one get more of those? During this workshop, we will learn techniques to literally have more ideas and we will study ways to market and sell those ideas in an organic way using today’s technology.

Yoga Workshop: Twists, Sidebends and Transitions
6:30PM-8:30PM
One of the most unique workshops we offer where we will explore movements we don’t usually practice as well as asana that may be more unknown. Anatomically, we will pay special attention to the spine, neck, internal rotation of the shoulder and adductors. We will discover new stability points in the body and we will improve our strength with inversions and arm balances. Don’t miss it. All levels.
SATURDAY APRIL 22ND
Yoga Workshop: Handstands, Lines, Compression and Dissociation
11:30AM-1:30PM
Spectacular workshop filled with information on how to achieve the most desired ‘perfect line,’ what habits to encourage, what to pay more attention to, how to balance in the middle of the room, what is the progression path, how to work on compression and dissociation to move the body without falling, and much more. This workshop is perfect for people who can jumo to handstands against the wall or those working on leg movements, shapes and presses.
Mobility Patterns of Movement, Limitations and Ranges For Neck, Shoulders, Elbows and Wrists.
2:00PM-4:00PM
A workshop 50% practice and 50% theory where we will study movement as well as challenges we can find in the upper body joints, neck, shoulders, elbows and wrists. Very interesting for teachers and people who want to understand how the body moves, why it hurts and how to maintain the integrity of the points of movement. We will practice a few asana and mobility exercises while we cover the theory. Bring a notebook. For all levels.
Meditation: A New You
4:30-7:30
Can we reprogram our own mind? Let go of our old ways of thinking in a conscious way and adopt new ones? This is what we will explore during this workshop, where our own mind will become our field of experimentation.
SUNDAY APRIL 23RD
Yoga Workshop: The Magical Recipe for Backbends: Chest, Flexors and Shoulders
11:00AM-1:00PM
Carmen is known for helping her students find space in their backbends. In this workshop we will: (1) work on our shoulder mobility, without pain, respecting their integrity; (2) open the thoracic back while protecting the cervical area and strengthening the lumbar: and (3) we will engage and lengthen the flexors, analyzing the role of the abdominal wall, gluts and the relationship between pelvis and the spine. This workshops is for everyone but highly recommended if you feel limitations in your practice.
